Re: Travelodge Says Nude Sleepwalkers More Common (none / 0)

Sleepwalking, especially for adults, is very complex. I am a sleepwalker and usually sleepwalk in the nude. You ask some intelligent questions, so let me try to answer them. With most sleepwalkers, it does not matter what they wear to bed because the sleepwalkers have the ability to undress and dress. In my case, I'm a rare-type of sleepwalker. I sleepwalk on the average of 3 to 4 times a week at home, but when I'm not at home I sleepwalk pretty much every night, which makes my frequent hotel stays interesting. I have been observed with any one or combination of the following behaviors while sleepwalking: sitting up, talking (nonsense & conversational), walking, dressing & undressing, cooking, writing (reports, emails, etc.), surfing the internet (never porn sites though), cleaning, taking out the trash, eating, reading, exercising, watching TV, opening doors, manipulating complex locks, and many more. Whenever I stay somewhere other than home I let someone; e.g., hotel night staff, that I sleepwalk and how to help me be safe.
