Crouching Tiger, Hidden Shark Fin Soup

This month's Australian Gourmet Traveller said that actress Michelle Yeoh dines at the Langham Hotel's T'ang Court for shark soup.

T'ang Court is named after the Tang Dynasty which was characterised as the Golden Age in Chinese history. In previous years it was noted as "One of World's Ten Great Hotel Restaurants" by Hotels magazine (2002), and one of the annual "100 Fabulous Places and Things" by Travel & Leisure magazine (2001).

Other Hong Kong hotels mentioned for having hot restaurants were the The Peninsula, The Grand Hyatt, and The InterContinental.
