Ahh the holidays, stringing lights, chestnuts roasting, and stockings hung, and Japanese love hotels.

By now everyone should be familiar with the concept behind these love hotels, however, if you are in Japan and looking for something a little more romantic and seasonal than the traditional love hotel, try the Little Chapel Christmas in Nihonbashi.

According to reports, from the outside, this hotel looks like the Clark Griswald's pad at Christmas time, including a piano playing Santa over the entrance (there are a couple Santa Love Hotels and each is decorated a bit differently). However, on the inside it is all romance and good tidings, guests are issued Santa Clause pajamas upon check in, treated to canopy beds, and flower arrangements. Obviously, Little Chapel Christmas is much different from your run of the mill Japanese love hotel, and thank god for that. We don't think we could stomach some sort of sexy Santa theme.
