A Nantucket Inn Built For Tom Cruise

The Union Street Inn is a clean, well maintained inn just steps away from Main St. Nantucket, but two bits of information definitely make us think twice about staying here.

First, many of the rooms, which are old school (everything on Nantucket is) have doorways that are extremely unfriendly to anyone over 5'10".  [Ed. Note: We aren't tall, and we were scared of hitting our heads on the way in...]

Once you get inside the rooms you will be treated to wide pine floors and a spoonful of Nantucket quaint, but if you consider yourself tall, you may want to think twice about the Union Inn.

HotelChatter Is Off To Nantucket

Believe it or not we actually got invited out to the swank island of Nantucket this weekend. Yeah, usually we are more the crashing type, but a trip to Nantucket sure beats another sweltering weekend here at our undisclosed Northeast location.
