Outing World Cup Hotels: Team USA

Team USA has always had a rough time in the non-American football world and this year's World Cup is no exception. Their first match takes place on June 12 against the Czech Republic and its going to be a tough one.

Which is why they will need the comforts of the Park Hyatt Hamburg. The luxury hotel has a spa, indoor pool and a fitness center in case the players want to work out off the field, as well as a restaurant and a bar to get in some drinking time. Additionally, the hotel takes up 8 floors atop of the Levante Haus, a German shopping center with stores and restaurants.

But unlike the hotel Team Brazil is staying in, the Park Hyatt does not offer long-term stay options. Perhaps no one expects there Team USA to go very far in the tourney either.

However, while they are there team hottie/striker Landon Donovan can do all the translating as he once did a stint on a German team a while back.
