Hilton International, that's where her party allowance comes from, has annouced its opening of a Hilton Worldwide Resort in Evian, France. Yes the same Evian that supplies Park Avenue pooches with their water.

Slated for a 2006 opening, the 5 star, 173 room resort plans to put Evian even more back on the map. Yet also promises to incorporate Evian's health centric (there are historic spas there already) and holistic image. Looks like Paris won't be going anytime soon.
