There ain't no stopping hotel openings, not even in the face of an economic slump or a very hectic holiday. We've been reporting on new hotels left and right these days—seemingly even more so than usual. The latest addition to the crop of newbies is the Viceroy Anguilla, a place we're sure will be getting plenty of love from stressed out travelers after the whirlwind Christmas season comes to an end.

The 35 acre property is secluded and set alongside "3,200 feet of exclusive Caribbean beachfront." That's a lot of turquoise water to stare at while you're zoning out on an island getaway.
